Childcare Subsidy

JOBIM 2021 is offering grants this year to support childcare in order to help people with children to attend the conference. The grant will be a direct reimboursement of childcare fees upon presentation of an invoice. Eligible costs include fees for a babysitter or childcare facility or travel costs for a care giver.

As the number of grants is limited, this aid is intended primarily for those in the early stages of their careers and for those presenting their work at the conference. In order to benefit from this grant, we kindly ask you to fill the following form before June 30th. You will be informed of the decision to award the grant on July 2nd. In case your request has been accepted, you will be asked to send us the original invoices and receipts with a bank account number before July 30th. The maximum amount of the grant is 400€.
