JOBIM (Journées Ouvertes en Biologie, Informatique et Mathématiques) is the annual event that brings together the French bioinformatics community, attracting 300 to 500 participants. This conference is an opportunity to discover the scientific and technical advances of this theme at the crossroads of biology, computer science, mathematics and physics.
JOBIM is a trans-disciplinary meeting place in a welcoming environment that encourages exchanges. All topics related to computational biology methods and applications are welcome. These topics include, but are not limited to:
The JOBIM organization is led by the Société Française de Bio-Informatique (SFBI), with a partnership involving the Institut Français de Bioinformatique (IFB) and the Groupement de Recherche Bioinformatique Moléculaire (GDR BIM).
The event in 2021 is coordinated by research organizations and institutes from Ile-de-France.

WORKSHOP JeBIF
The annual workshop of the Jeunes Bioinformaticiens de France (JeBIF) will take place just before JOBIM (July 5).
